Washburn University Panhellenic Formal Recruitment is a four-day process beginning on Thursday, September 7th and ending on Sunday, September 10th.  During the process of formal recruitment, the young women have the opportunity to meet members from each of the three sororities and to learn about each sorority's sisterhood, values, and social activities. By the end of the process, each young woman will find the sorority where she belongs.
